  1. In a frying pan, cook the sausage thoroughly, breaking it into crumbles. Once cooked, set aside.
  2. In a baking dish, combine the softened cream cheese and drained Rotel.
  3. Add the cooked sausage to the dish and stir everything together until evenly mixed.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, garlic salt, and onion powder
  5. Cover with foil. You can either:
    • Store it in the refrigerator overnight until ready to bake, or
    • Bake immediately.
  6. When ready to cook, bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.

This is truly the easiest holiday or party dip! Make it ahead of time so when hosting you can just pop it in the oven. It’s perfect served with chips, crackers, or even sliced veggies.
