- In a large bowl, mix the ground turkey, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, garlic salt, pepper, season-all salt, and Dijon mustard until just combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs.
- Poke a hole in the center of each ball and stuff with blue cheese crumbles.
- Flatten into patties, ensuring the cheese is completely sealed inside.
- Sprinkle a little kosher salt on top of the patties.
- Heat a skillet or grill over medium heat. Cook burgers for about 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and nicely browned.
- Optional: Top with Havarti cheese during the last minute of cooking and serve on sesame seed buns with extra Dijon mustard.
