Ingredients:
- 4 full-sized bagels (everything bagels for extra flavor, or plain)
- Shredded mozzarella
- Shredded Parmesan
- A jar of your favorite marinara
- Dried basil
- Crushed red pepper
- Optional: additional toppings such as pepperoni, diced veggies, or olives
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Slice each bagel evenly in half.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on each bagel half.
- Top with your desired amount of shredded mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Add any additional toppings you like (pepperoni, veggies, etc.).
- Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with dried basil and crushed red pepper.
