Bruce's Grass Fed Beef Burgs

What do you need!

Grass fed beef (85/15)

Salt, Pepper, Olive Oil

Onion Powder, Garlic Powder

Butter Lettuce, Guac


Directions -

Add to a bowl 

Season with salt, pepper, garlic salt, onion powder and mix up.

Portion out your burgers. Mine tend to look like giant meatballs.

so working to make them a bit more patty like.

Sprinkle some salt on the formed patties. It helps create that good browned outside 

Heat a frying pan with a coat of olive oil.  

Medium heat. 

About 3-4 min per side depending on how you like your burgers prepared. 

Instead of a bun, I served on big pieces of butter lettuce with guacamole on top.
