Killer Meat Sauce

Pair this meat sauce with meatballs and it'll change your perspective.
Meatball sauce recipe - What do you need:
Quarter pound ground mild sausage
Quarter pound ground hot sausage
Olive oil
Half a yellow onion
4-6 cloves of minced fresh garlic
Fresh basil
San Marzano canned tomatoes (3-4 28 oz cans)
2 to 3 teaspoon Garlic powder, Onion powder, oregano
Salt /Pepper
Directions:
Coat a large pot with olive oil and heat.
Add the onion and cook until translucent (you don’t want to burn or overcook the sauce base)
Add in the ground sausage and the minced garlic
Once the sausage is nice and browned (scrape the pan to make sure it’s all stirred) add in the canned tomatoes and the spices. Bring to a lively simmer. Then add in your meatballs and reduce heat. Cook low and slow for at least 2 hours stirring frequently.
Paired with meatballs, this is great to serve at a dinner party because you can do all the prep work hours before guests arrive. Enjoy!
