Ingredients
- 1 sheet pan
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- Nacho cheese (queso)
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- Jalapeños, sliced
- Diced green chilies
- Diced tomato
- Chopped red onion
- Salsa
- Sour cream
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- Optional: guacamole, taco meat, or grilled chicken
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Spread tortilla chips evenly across the sheet pan.
- Layer on the black beans, corn, shredded cheddar, and a drizzle of nacho cheese.
- Top with jalapeños, green chilies, diced tomato, and red onion.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with sour cream, salsa, fresh cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice.
- Serve immediately with guacamole on the side, if desired.
